GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

This contract is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n.206 (consumer code).

The contract has as its object the sale of goods such as new or used spare parts, between the Company SALAMI SRL, with registered office in San Martino in Rio – 42018 – (RE), Via G. Puccini n. 15 VAT number, Tax code and registration number in the Reggio Emilia Company Register 02531100358

and the consumer (the customer).

The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the Customer of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the Internet following the invitation to offer contained on the website salamisrl.com

TERMS OF SALE

The purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive

and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs, as displayed at the time of purchase.

Before confirming the purchase to the customer, the unit cost of each chosen product will be summarized, the total cost in the case of multiple products and the relative transport costs and in the case of prices net of VAT, the total VAT.

PAYMENTS

The payment for the products purchased and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer at the time of sending the order confirmation by using one of the credit cards or bank transfer indicated online. ATTENTION: The charge on the account occurs at the time of the order.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The purchased products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer.

Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or emails.

The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and not damaged. Only after this verification the customer must accept the delivery.

In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to what is stated above, the customer must raise the dispute directly with the carrier, do not collect the goods and send an email through the site to the company SALAMI SRL.
